How does the 100-night trial work?
It is not open yet — the trial is coming soon, and the terms will be published here when it is. Ask on LINE and we will tell you the day it opens.
Why is the protector not free?
Because a protected bed is a returnable bed. A mattress that comes back stained cannot be exchanged, and stains are the most common reason a warranty claim is refused. The protector is what makes both the trial and the warranty work, so it is sold with the bed rather than given away and quietly priced into it.
How do I register my bed, and why should I?
Registering keeps your warranty valid and puts your trade-up credit on file for whenever you want your next King Koil. Send us the invoice on LINE and we will do it with you — here is what the credit is worth.
What is the trade-up credit worth?
It is a fixed amount set by the size of the bed you already own — King ฿3,500, Queen ฿2,500, Twin or Single ฿1,500 — redeemable against a King Koil of equal or higher value, on selected models. A professional mattress clean is included in the programme rather than charged on top. Work out yours.
How firm is a particular bed?
Ask us, or come and lie on it. King Koil have not published a firmness rating for every mattress and we are not going to invent one for a bed you would sleep on for ten years. The staff on each floor can tell you in a sentence, and five minutes horizontal settles it properly. Book a visit.
Can I buy without coming in?
You can reserve a bed here and we will confirm it with you — nothing is charged online. For a purchase this size we would rather you lay on it first, which is also why the trial exists for the times that is not practical.
